Navigating Life’s Puzzles

Hello, lovely people! Here I am, a woman who has journeyed through life’s ups and downs. Yes, am life coach and have studied human psychology, but in this journey called life I learn every day, I still wear my beginner’s heart. Over time, I’ve picked up a few lessons I think are worth sharing. Maybe they’ll resonate with you, maybe they won’t, but here’s a bit of my soul, laid out for you:

The Allure of Sharing

In this digital age, every moment captured can be instantaneously shared with hundreds, even thousands. Social media platforms invite us to broadcast our joys, achievements, and milestones. Yet, there’s a unique serenity in cherishing moments privately. By not sharing everything, we protect the sanctity of personal experiences and guard them from undue scrutiny or envy.

Cherish Your Triumphs

Life is a tapestry of challenges and victories. When we overcome hurdles, it’s natural to want to share our tales. But a victory truly savored and understood is even more poignant. Remember, every story you share becomes a beacon for others, so choose those that reflect your journey’s heart.

Work-Life Boundaries

Professional relationships can often blur into personal ones. Being friendly with colleagues makes the workplace enjoyable. However, inviting work into your personal sanctuary can disrupt the balance. Your home should be an escape—a place of relaxation and bonding with your inner circle.

On Family Ties

The saying, “Blood is thicker than water,” underscores the importance of family. But it’s also true that not all family members contribute positively to our lives. In your personal sanctuary, it’s okay to be selective, ensuring that only those who genuinely cherish and respect you have access.

Etiquette Everywhere

Work etiquette isn’t just about politeness; it’s about safety and discernment. Think before diving into shared food or divulging personal information. Being thoughtful ensures you maintain respect for yourself and others.

Understated Blessings

While it’s human nature to showcase our achievements, there’s a subtle power in understatement. Keeping some blessings to ourselves lends them a personal value, untouched by outside influence or opinion.

Faith and Fellowship

Spiritual communities offer solace, guidance, and camaraderie. But like any group, they can have complexities. Not everyone you pray with might align with your spiritual journey. Being discerning ensures you foster connections that uplift and resonate with your faith.

Embracing Challenges

Life’s challenges can be isolating. But they’re also opportunities for growth. Some may derive satisfaction from another’s trials, but these are distractions. Focusing on your personal growth trajectory is paramount.

Own Your Narrative

Everyone has opinions, but only you have lived your life. If others try to define or label you, remember that your life’s story is yours alone. Your voice, your perspective, is unique and valid.

Selective Socializing

Social interactions are essential for mental well-being. But being discerning about where and with whom you spend your time ensures that these interactions enrich your life, rather than drain it.

Location, Location, Location!

Events are milestones that bring people together. But your home, your personal space, might not always be the ideal venue. Choosing neutral locations can often lead to more relaxed and enjoyable gatherings.

Spiritual Precautions

Celebrations are moments of joy, but they also mark significant life changes. A moment of reflection and prayer before these events can set a positive tone, ensuring spiritual alignment and protection.

Beware the Trojan Horse (enemy within)

History is filled with tales of deception. Sometimes, what seems like a gift might have hidden intentions. Being intuitive and discerning ensures you accept gestures that come from a genuine place of love and goodwill.

In this journey, remember that envy exists, but so does divine protection. Seek the blessings and guidance, always. 🙏🌼
